no water, busted pipe fund

i left the water running but it didn't do any good. some of our pipes busted earlier, i had to turn the water off. so i imagine that the water in the rest of the pipes will also freeze and bust too. its going to be a disaster when everything thaws. so if anyone would like to help someone less fortunate. here's your chance. thanks
