 We are looking for a female or male drummer that has: -A love for playing live music -A good work ethic (to self-study, chart, learn) -A pro attitude / team player -Reliable gear -Ability to play proficiently and consistently to a click track -Ability to play using in ear monitors -A liking for dance, pop, funk, and aggressive rock music -A desire and ability to play 6-8 shows/month (mostly weekends)   We are a band that has: -Top-tier Chicago booking agency support -An established name and brand (active for almost 6 years) -An established setlist of customized cover songs and medley arrangements -Hunger and drive to build up the band -Access to great festival shows, clubs, and casinos (the pay is good) -Extensive experience in the music industry   If you are interested, please respond to this ad with the following: -A brief introduction.
