Looking for space for Small Wood Shop

Hello, I am looking for a small space with access to power and ideally some climate control to have a work bench and a couple power tools. I am a hobbyist woodworker with not much space in my APT and would like a dedicated work space. I am open to basements or perhaps unconventional options as well. Thanks
