Cat in need of a home

I have a long hair cat someone dropped off here months ago and have been unable to find her a home. It is getting very cold and she is outside in this. I would keep her if I was allowed but 1 I am allergic n 2 no pets allowed. She is very loving. She needs to be in out of the cold before she dies this winter. Please someone have sympathy for this girl. I can send pics upon request. Must be able to pick up in New Philadelphia Ohio I don't drive.
