We are looking for Production Associates to work with us as we assemble grills and tailgates for the NEW CADILLAC electric vehicles (EV's) in Spring Hill.  As Production Associate you report to the Plant Manager. We have 2 shifts (from 6:00AM to 2:30PM and from 4:00PM to 12:30AM), where the Production Associate could work on one of the shifts, which will be decided in conversation.  In addition to the warehouse team, you also have contact with departments like HR, Quality Control and Materials Control. The atmosphere is informal and professional! WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? As Production Associate you will be responsible for assembly, sorting, quality and/or packing. Develop and provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times. Continuously improve your skills and participate in projects aimed at improving the organization and our processes (using the LEAN philosophy). WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for someone who has the following: A proactive attitude Good communication and social skills Good hand dexterity Good eye/hand coordination Ability to lift up to 30 lbs Desire to learn and grow with the company - THIS IS A POSITION WITH GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES!
