Here we go again! We must rehome our 6 year old female Jenday conure and her buddy Blue the parakeet. I have health issues and Niki is very stressed. We've had her for 5 years and only started stressing earlier this year. We have come to the conclusion that our dogs barking have caused her stress. She used to be in the living room and started some plucking. We moved her into our spare room and got her a buddy so she would still have company. It hasn't stopped her plucking. They have their own cages but are loose in the room all day. She is a chop snob and not a pellet fan. She is friendly, but like most birds she can nip. She and blue will only go to an experienced bird home, no apartments. We will need a current vet reference. The will come with their cages, toys, travel cage, manzanita play stand and uv light. Located in Topsham VT. Rehoming fee is $250 for everything.
