Hi there my sister found this adorable boy dumped or lost off michigan ave it’s been a while now. We checked for a chip and posted on groups we are looking for a foster or recuse that could help. He is intact however we would help the rescue/ foster get him neutered once he’s passed the 30 day mark. Please message or text. We will not give the pup back without proof of ownership.
