On this day, we gather in solidarity in remembrance of the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Dr. King believed wholeheartedly in the importance of a cohesive community. A community that is driven by acceptance and love of its members; a beloved community. Show your support by joining us in celebration on Monday, January 16th, 2023, from 5:30-8:30, at UWSP- Wausau. There will be a short presentation from the Honorable Reverend Everett Mitchell, followed by dance performances and poetry readings from local talents. Costs are as follows: $5 for students, $15 for each adult, or $30 for family. Scholarships to waive the cost are available.
