Description of Workshop In the Smudge Stick Lab, guests learn how to create a custom Floral Smudge Stick (one) and about the history of burning different herbs, all while writing affirmations and engaging in sensory activities. Warning: prepare to be blindfolded! Bio BLK FLWR MRKT is a floral studio based in Washington, DC. We build a bridge between people's culture and floriculture, using flowers to create meaningful experiences and products. Founded in 2018 by DC-born Kehmari Norman, BLK FLWR MRKT evolved into a social enterprise and community-driven business, from a passion project rooted in Kehmari's background in urban agriculture, set design and hospitality.
