In this sound session, you can expect a 32" gong, crystal quartz bowls, and other powerful tools, including Reiki, to help relax and heal the body and mind. The sounds will take you on an inner journey to release what no longer serves you and to find clarity and peace in your daily life. Ages 13 and older are encouraged to attend (adult must accompany children). No skill or experience required. Please bring a comfortable mat, small pillow, optional bolster, blanket and refillable water bottle. We have seating available to accommodate most preferences if the floor is not an option. The session will last approximately one hour. Parking is free and abundant. Kindly arrive 10-15 minutes prior to start time to check-in and get comfortable. Registration: $11.11. If you arriving more than 10 minutes late, please call Christina (786) 316-6893, the event coordinator. ABOUT ATTUNERGY FOUNDER: Jessica Berger is from Chicago and moved to Miami in 2016. She grew up playing piano and violin. The language of music always felt natural for her. She first heard sound healing in a yoga class and was immediately attracted to the powerful sounds. Jessica is Reiki I and II certified and often incorporates sound with energy work. Her hobbies include paddleboarding, yoga, gardening, and her cat, Gracie. She is the founder of Attunergy, her line of aromatherapy and sound products.
