Nicole will dive into the specifics on fueling for various distances and events, hydration tips, and what type of fuel to consume before, during, and after the run. Kelsey will discuss how to properly prime and activate your body before runs so that you can increase speed and power while reducing your risk of injury. Whether you are getting to run your next marathon or new to running, this presentation will help you meet your goals.
We will start the night with a group run around Seattle (3-mile and 5-mile run), followed with drinks and snacks, and the presentation by Nicole and Kelsey.
