Do you or your dog need a best friend? Do you want a dog that loves to play fetch and could be amazing at frisbee? Toby is mostly Manchester Terrier, about a year old, neutered and 35lbs. He is very affectionate and loves to give kisses. Toby wants to be everyone's friend! Although still a puppy, he rides great in the car, loves chew toys and is crate trained. Toby is currently living with a foster family after losing his home due to family hardship. Toby is smart and athletic, so a fenced in yard is a must.
