Stand up paddleboard yoga is an exciting way to experience Honolulu from a whole new perspective - on the water! Whether it's your very first yoga class, or you are an experienced yogi, our SUP yoga classes are for you.
We anchor our SUP yoga boards in water that is about waist-deep, and flow through a slow and gentle (and at times challenging) yoga practice. This all-levels classes offers variations so everyone is able to work at their own ability level.
Taking yoga to the water challenges your balance and stability, making it an excellent core workout. It encourages us to slow down, be mindful, and move with intention. There is also a strong element of play as we challenge ourselves and sometimes fall in. But not to worry, the warm, Hawaiian waters are very inviting!
