Join us for a full day of health and wellness classes this winter from bikes and kettlebells to dance and meditation and everything in between. We are working on finalizing our schedule so check back for updates! This festival guarantees a variety of classes, exciting musical talent sharing the stage with instructors, local vendors to shop, and a whole lot of energy to light your fire! Your ticket purchase supports the foundation on bringing monthly health and wellness events and resources to communities derprieved of these necessities. * Collect your STRENGTH IN THE CITY bingo card upon check-in and gather as many stamps as you can from participating gyms, vendors, and contests throughout the grounds. When you hit Bingo!, find the Bingo booth and collect a prize! Doors open at 8:30 am, our first class will begin at 9 am and the last class will finish at 3 pm. Please bring a yoga mat & water bottle. *Schedule will be released prior to the festival* Tickets give you access to all classes, activities, vendors, and spaces throughout the festival.
