On Tuesday, January 17th, Executive Chef Troy Stauffer presents an array of composed plates highlighting the best of the Fairview Dining Room's Winter menu. Enjoy multiple courses of locally sourced, farm fresh dishes paired perfectly with wine selections. This dinner is $65* per person for Executive Club members including food and service and $95* for members, including wine pairings, food and service. This is a plated, preset menu.
