Please join us for 6 Learning Collaborative's hosted by the Northern California Learning Institute 2.0. Each Collaborative will review different HCBS final rules, break down what the rule means, engage the collaborative with learning exercises to explore the implementation of each rule in your program and identify how to support the change with documentation. The Collaboratives will heavily utilize skills for The Learning Community for Person-Centered Practices and Theory U.

Week 2 (Feb 9) Rule 3: Right to be treated well
Week 3 (Feb 16) Rule 4: Independence
Week 4 (Feb 23) Rule 5: Choice of Services and Supports
Week 5 (March 2) Rule 6-9: Residential Agreement, Privacy, Schedule and Access to Food, and Right to Visitors (Residential Providers).
Week 6 (March 9) Rule 10: Accessibility
