See all 59 Stunning Boards and meet some of the 50 local Artists who upcycled donated surf, skate and skim boards to create unique works of Art in one space. All boards displayed throughout Carolina Beach businesses since November will now be available to view as a complete collection. The Installation will be open to the public from 2 pm - 6 pm on Monday, February 6 and 2 pm- 8 pm on Tuesday, February 7. Access to view the installation is free during published hours. VIP Tickets are available for a private Artist Meet & Greet Reception on Monday, February 6 from 6 pm-8 pm. Ticket includes sumptious appetizers catered by the Courtyard by Marriott. The P Word- Parking : The Hotel provides complimentary parking for registered guests, 1 (ONE) vehicle per sleeping room. Parking in the Hotel’s lot is only available to registered Hotel guests. Unregistered guests attending functions are not allowed to utilize Hotel parking facilities. Parking is available in Town of Carolina Beach lots (Free in February) and private lots (in accordance with their rules). About: Boards Across CB is a beach-life inspired project that promotes local Artists and Carolina Beach businesses, using surfboards, skim boards and skateboards donated by local residents as canvases. This project is a community campaign that includes a range of stakeholders — uniting surfboard donors, local Artists and "Board Hosts" businesses, dedicated to celebrating Carolina Beach. Organized by Carolina Beach Mural Project, this rad Board Art installation incorporates a silent auction, with net proceeds split between the individual artists and the CB Mural Project (a public charity with 501 (c) (3) status EIN 85-0683181).
