Learn about the traditional way of enjoying a meal--by savoring it in courses. Under Antonio's guidance, you’ll prepare the four traditional courses: antipasto, primo piatto, insalta, and dolce! Enjoy a complete meal in the authentic style--from the antipasto to the dolce, you'll savor the experience along the way. Our full wine list is available for purchase throughout the class. This cooking class is $85/person. Class size is limited. Your experience includes Chef Antonio's pre-class social hour with wine and appetizers. * A minimum of 10 students are needed for each class. Should we need to cancel a class, registrants will be rescheduled to a new date or can apply their registration fee to a future cooking class.
