About this Event Being plus-size doesn't make me inherently unfit—it just means that my body physically isn't equipped to do the same exercises as someone who is not. And sometimes life make it hard to stay motivated. TIPS: Plus Size Workout Routines · Start with stretching your arms, shoulders, back and legs. · Water walk at a steady pace for 10-15 minutes, then sign up for this class! The goal is to burn calories and build endurance. When your walking routine becomes easy your body is no longer working as hard so you may need to increase and add longer time or more incline and higher pace to boost your metabolism. My biggest struggle is motivation, so finding a plus size workout routine that works was a process. Let's Get It Together, Together Ladies. I've personally lost 180lbs over 4 years.
