Hey everyone!
New to Dallas and have been on a fitness journey this past year. I’ve lost 40lbs and starting to build some muscle. I’m looking to strength train with heavier lifts like barbells but don’t have a spotting partner/someone to lift with. I’d love to find lifting buddy to meet a couple times a week.
I’m a novice with heavy weights so would definitely appreciate someone with some experience to show me the ropes.
I have a membership at LA Fitness (uptown is closest to me) I can bring you in as a guest or we can meet somewhere else depending on our schedules.
