Great 2nd Job.. Starter Job... Looking for Dependable, Reliable, Hardworking Individuals to Clean Head Start and Childcare Centers on the North Side of town on and or around North Linden Area and West Side Georgesville Rd Area... Must have Own Transportation What you have to do as a Custodian/Janitor: • Maintain and clean all floor surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming • Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and other objects • Clean, monitor and maintain restrooms, corridors, entrance areas • Empty trash cans for proper disposal; use of compactor for certain materials • Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using appropriate cleaners and equipment • Vacuum Carpets • Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies in restrooms • Occasionally use heavy cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums and buffers. • Other duties as assigned, as required by scope of work or customer needs. Hours Are Full time 6am to 3pm and Part time, 1st Shift Mondays and Thursdays 9am until finished typically no more than 3-4 hours to Clean at either location.. Pays $14-15per hour/Bi Weekly Pay/You get to Decide W2/Independent Contractor/1099/Direct Deposit Serious Inquiries Only!!!
