Dig Team Crew Member Responsibilities Crew members work with a small team on job sites digging and filling launch pits for a directional drill. Tamping, concrete, and minor landscaping are also part of the job. Dig Team Crew Member Requirements Crew members must be professional and reliable. Crew members must be able to dig, lift heavy objects, crouch, and bend for extended periods of time. Salary: $20-$34 per hour Benefits: 401K with employer match Health insurance reimbursement Paid sick and personal Paid vacation Paid Holidays Great work environment Schedule: Full Time 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Overtime available Overtime non-mandatory
