We’ll use your similar skills (high lift work, handling heavier pipe and extrusions, detailed layouts, and occasional welding) and give you variety in work sites and cleaner work. We’re rarely on the same job for more than 2 weeks, and typically it’s closed in. You’ll bring an ability to regularly lift 100+ lbs., be scissor lift-certified, work safely and build trust with those who rely on safe material handling, bring an attention to detail, and a solid work ethic. We’ll give you a competitive compensation package including a boot and tool allowance, and vehicle allowance and fuel card after reaching Installer II level (as soon as 90 days for the right transferrable skills), and more. Pay range is $25-$35/hr. for Installer I and II levels. Requirements Physical Demands - The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance. The employee must regularly lift or move up to 25 pounds, occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, and infrequently lift or move more than 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work - This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., 40 hours per week. Occasional evening, Friday and weekend work may be required as job duties demand. Travel throughout the service region is expected with occasional overnight travel to jobsites. Required Education and Experience 1. High school education or equivalent 2. One to three months related experience and/or training or 3. Equivalent combination of education and experience ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Valid Colorado Driver's License 2. Own reliable transportation 3. Insurance for vehicle with your name as insured 4.
