Handyman/Jack of All Trades Wanted!

We are a Short Term Rental company in search of a handyman. We need someone who can do all of the following: plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general carpentry. Must have reliable transportation. Must be honest. Must be flexible with hours. We have over 70 Properties within the Denver, Aurora, Littleton areas so we have a lot of work for you. We expect you to have and use your own tools. If there is something special needed to get the job done we will make sure to take care of that. We are looking to start at 3 days a week 10AM-4PM(hours may vary depending on situations/emergencies) Someone who can use an app to track their location and hours. The person we hire needs to be hard working, willing to get down and dirty, and communicates constantly with our team. There will be many odd jobs thrown your way, mostly simple fixes but we sometimes have hot water issues, thermostat malfunctions, ant infestations, drywall repairs, electrical sockets not working properly, sewar backups....the list goes on. Being available for an emergency is huge, there are so many unexpected issues that come up. We will start each shift with a list of tasks with multiple locations, we have a pro account at home depot and expect you to get most materials there so we can keep track of expenses and make sure you are not paying out of pocket.
