Loki. is a lost a black and white Jack Russell 12/21. He was last seen around 52nd and Quitman at 4p.m. when the storm blew in. He isn't an outside dog so this weather is extremely scary. Any leads are gratefully appreciated and needed. He wasn't wearing his collar but he is micro chipped. Very friendly
