House Republicans have uncovered texts and e-mails that prove that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi denied again and again the security resources requested for January 6, 2021. So, While Democrats have blamed former President Trump for the J6 riot and launched an entire committee to investigate his involvement, he's maintained that Pelosi denied his request to ramp up security in the weeks leading up to the event.  Smoking gun: The House GOP report reveals text and e-mail messages that prove that Pelosi's staff attended regular meetings specifically about the security plan on January 6 and Pelosi's top aide even EDITED some of the plans.  Details: The report found that as far back as December 2020, intelligence officials were warning Pelosi that there could be violence planned for January 6.  But Pelosi and Capitol Police leaders chose to leave the Capitol vulnerable because they were concerned about the "optics" of having armed officers and the National Guard on-site?
