Summary: Looking for an experienced bassist to join our band, Cook County. Been playing together for 5 years now! We have 20+ original tunes and 10+ covers. Logistics: We all work full time and usually put the money from gigs back into the band fund for recording. We are serious about the music we play, but we do it for fun, and not to earn a living. We practice once a week (Wednesdays usually) and play 1-2 gigs a month. We practice in South Minneapolis, and have a consistent practice space. Looking for: Looking for a consistent, experienced bassist who can hold down a groove. Looking for someone who can write bass lines for pre-existing and newly written original songs. Being able to sing harmonies is a bonus!
