In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our organization produces quality part per customer specifications. This successful candidate should have extensive and advanced knowledge working with CNC machines and complex parts. This individual will be a highly skilled professional, with programming knowledge, excellent attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.  We are offering a $3 shift differential for second shift!! SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES · Ability to write programs and read blueprints for all departmental CNC’s · Ability to set up parts new to machines and make them print · Ability to understand advanced CNC operations, materials, specifications, and machining parameters · Ability to understand at a high level, how parts are made · Detect malfunctions of machines and any tool offsets  · Set-up and operate CNC Equipment · Ability to perform complex set-ups, make offset adjustments and change tooling & fixtures · Perform detailed inspection of parts per customer specifications · Troubleshoot out of tolerance conditions or program failures · Perform daily maintenance on equipment · Report equipment related problems to management · Ability to train new CNC operators · Performs other duties assigned.
