The text and email associated with this posting are not monitored. --- Primary Objective The Maintenance Manager will manage and continually develop site work processes and employees, ensure regulatory compliance and demonstrate ability to deliver results and performance on best industry practice level for the plants overall predictive maintenance and reliability programs. Essential Functions Manage a Predictive Maintenance Program and policies, strategies and annual objectives for the site. Active member of the site leadership team with collective responsibility for site performance. Ensure compliance with relevant federal, state and local laws and regulations, as well as corporate directives, standards, procedures and guidance notes related to maintenance and inspections, etc. Being the focal point and contract manager for the outsourced maintenance partnership contracts. Develop, manage and ensure realization of the annual maintenance plan for the site, including cost budget – being able to manage, execute and deliver results in accordance with the plan. Manage maintenance work processes and systems/rules/procedures for the site. Attract, lead, coach, appraise and develop department employees, ensure staffing and stimulate talent management. Coordinates contractor services as needed Leads the scheduling meeting with operations to finalize priority of work orders, optimum downtime windows, and necessary lead times. Oversee and coordinate Contractor Work on site for both Maintenance and Capital work. Implement initiatives to improve the overall effectiveness of the reliability functions across the division. Implement programs, provide leadership and develops the key preventive and predictive maintenance programs. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities S Degree (Engineering preferred) or work experience equivalent 5-7 years’ experience with Instrumentation, Electrical and Mechanical 5-7 years of Management or Supervisory experience Proven experience in the development and management of an effective Predictive Maintenance Program Develop and safely manage small and large capital projects Ability to train, develop, manage and lead a multi-craft Maintenance Team in a High Performance environment Good communications skills including written and verbal assignments Detail oriented and focused with excellent planning and organization skills with the ability to manage own time, work efficiently, set priorities, handle multiple, and sometimes conflicting projects, without loss of effectiveness Proficient in Microsoft products Experience with ERP (NetSuite/Oracle preferred), EAM (Fixx Preferred), and AutoCAD is a plus Demonstrated capability to interface and maintain effective relationships with all departments and employees in a team-oriented environment Attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and handle critical deadline demands Excellent communication skills Ability to meet the following physical demands:- Climb 5-10 flights of stairs Climb ladders Wear PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, hear protection, safety shoes) Walk on rough surfaces without assistance --- Please apply with this link: Do NOT reply here.
