Restaurant person here interested in conversing about a business possibly--
Trying to get a drift of property, somewhere around Biltmore otherwise Biltmore Park~ Would love to bring back the system with a Food Bar with prices per item & separate Drink Bar with prices per fl oz~ Showcase would prolly be an Indian frame, Mexican frame, Asian Frame, & oldie base Food- Prolly rotate 4 menus running through, with scheduled Specialties which include the following--
Custard Entrees, Mustard Entrees, Cherry Entrees, & Tomato Entrees...Salads premiering Asian with a Southwest once a week(?)...Cherry Pie Thurs, Fri, & Sat; Choc Pie M-W...Choc Shake on Sunday- One additional note-
Would need 3-4 serviceperson[s] behind the Food Bar, 1-2 backing Drink Bar(includes juices), 1-2 Maintenance/Busser, & the Floater(key holder or whatever:)
