I am a property manager. I need to diagnose a unit and document the fact that the heat is working in a property with a signed affidavit from a third party related to a renter trying to pull something funny. If the unit is a heat pump for heat (I can’t remember if its a packaged heat pump or gas pack) I am also looking for interior exterior coil cleaning.
