Looking for handyman with car and close by to support things like changing faucets, locksets, clogged sinks and other type of handyman things that pop up. Current need is someone to sweat in a new shower mixing valve. Shut offs are readily available and easy to get at. rate is $25 for basic repairs and can go up based on complexity and skill set.
