A THIRTY PERCENT PAY RAISE ? There is no way that should happen. Raises for ANYONE whose salary comes from the tax payers, should be based on the cost of living and ONLY decided by the tax payers. This bullshit of welfare slugs and convicts voting has to stop. It's not their money so they should have NO say in how it is spent. If this nonsense gets passed, my tenants will see a 30% increase in their rent. I raised the rents substantially once it became a landlord/sellers market and I plan on doing it as long as this country continues to move towards socialism.
