First we will warm up through vinyasa practice to get the body moving.
Most arm balances are about the core! There will be lots of ab work here!
Throughout the practice we will be going through step by step instructions for arm balances such as scissors, crow, side crow, and eight angle pose- and transitions on how to get there!
Alicia will teach you how to modify and safely build up to each of these poses.
There’s no right or wrong! Come play!
Please bring socks (no toe socks or grip socks)
Yoga blocks are not necessary but could be helpful.
