Happy Holidays New Mexico! La Luna Eatery and Events aims to spread the true meaning of the holiday season by ensuring that those who need help most are extended a helping hand. From December 24th from 9 am to 3 pm La Luna Eatery and Events will be hosting a holiday gathering providing live entertainment, food and drinks for all ages while welcoming donations from the community to help ensure our homeless remain warm during the coldest part of the holiday season. La Luna Eatery and Events is encouraging the community to bring jackets, hoodies, socks, and gloves to donate to the homeless. Joined by local hip-hop artist Rylan Oz and Shy Will all donations will be distributed on Christmas Day. In addition to the distribution of clothing to the homeless La Luna Eatery and Events will be donating to the NonProfit a Light in the Night which will be holding its own event at Travis Snider Memorial Holiday Gathering on December 25th from 2-5pm at the Effex Nightclub located at 420 Central Ave. SW. This event will be for anyone who may not have family and doesn't want to be alone on Christmas Day including the homeless community and more.
