Hey friends and Dallas community! The City of Lancaster is in negotiations with an agreement to help support the revitalization of Downtown Lancaster, specifically rewarding retail and dining. The agreement has passed through the Economic Development Board and now will go before the Lancaster City Council for approval this January 9th! We need as many people to show up as possible! If you love historical real estate, destination downtowns, new watering holes, parties, or community, we hope you can make it! The City Hall record is 150 people in attendance, so of course, we are expecting 151 of you there. Residents and non are welcome, anyone who catches the vision or wants to catch the gossip. We plan to either celebrate or commiserate in the Downtown Courtyard afterward under the string lights, and hope to have a brass band in attendance.
