Together with a circle of compassionate friends we will release all that no longer serves with ecstatic dance by Nico, then cultivate the fertility of our mind with a guided meditation by Elmira and end with manifesting our dreams for the highest good with sound healing by Devpreet. Join us for an invigorating and cleansing sacred Experience. Light refreshments will be served while sharing personal reflections and closing prayer . No experience needed. All are welcome. Please bring any props that will assist in your comfort. We have just a few yoga mats, blankets, bolsters and eye pillows.
