This Lunch-n-Learn presentation teaches attendees about the details of the Construction Perm and Renovation loan programs at United Community Bank.  Topic to be covered include qualifying guidelines, processing notes, FAQs, with an emphasis on popular features that add real value to the funding strategy. This program is for licensed real estate agents and builders ONLY.
