Must have experience in commercial metal stud framing and drywall hanging. Must be able to read drawings and supervise a crew. Long-term employment is offered with top pay and benefits for the experience. Our ideal Foreman will possess the skills and attitude necessary to lead their team to success by meeting deadlines and quality control standards. You will be responsible for supervising the workers on site and working with the superintendent and project managers. Responsibilities - Supervise workers - Gather and interpret data - Communicate with the superintendent and project managers on site - Evaluate workmanship - Supervise quality control - Maintain project efficiency - Working Foreman (fill in where need be, lead by example) Experience needed in: - Reading Blueprints - Layout - Coordinate / Communicate with General Contractor - Completing Daily Reports - Submitting RFI’S - Submitting Timesheets - Knowledge and understanding of machinery and tools to complete jobs.
