We are a global company who is looking to hire a Customer Service representative in our Downtown Baltimore office. As a customer service representative you will work processing customer enrollments, filling out forms, customer verification, maintaining customer confidentiality, following systems/guidelines one on one with customers. REQUIREMENTS. 18 years of age or older Authorization of working in the United States. Able to work a full time schedule Stellar written and verbal communication skills. Bi- Lingual is a PLUS, not required. Ability to maintain a positive attitude Ability to respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner with accuracy and efficiency Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail This position is NON-remote which means we need someone that will be able to commute to the office Interviews are being conducted tomorrow. Candidates with customer service experience will be ideal for the positions we have available although experience is not required as we do offer training.
