Need Mechanic to switch Alternator and Battery

I had to have my car towed yesterday. I was driving and the car died and the lights dimmed and the battery seemed to have no power. I'm guessing I just need an alternator, but might as well swap the battery while we're at it. I live by O'Riley's off Gammon rd. 08 Lexus is250, 220k miles. Hopefully someone who has experience with Toyota / Lexus who has that long socket wrench tool required to take the alternator out responds. Send email with phone number / experience please.
