Oil line for Boiler clogged.

Description

My oil boiler is fed from an oil line that runs to a tank buried outside. It is unfortunately clogged (29 inches of oil in the house - none at the furnace or hot water heater). Need some help clearing the line and then priming both the boiler and the hot water heater (both Co located and run on oil). Thank you!
