Hi there. I'm an entrepreneur looking to bootstrap a new service based business, and while I could do it alone I believe a three person team is the right move for this concept. I am looking for a knowledgeable co-founder, and one other person with management experience who is interested in management and leadership over the long-term. We will be striving to complete ten small jobs per day five days a week for a total of $1300+ in top-line revenue per day and pay ourselves out $100 for the day so we can keep building the business. This type of business may or may not scale out as rapidly as I like to imagine it will. I believe word-of-mouth on this one will scale it faster than expected however the competition risk will be fierce down the line as we prove the market, and it is possible that we crash and burn entirely. (I know it exists in other regions so it's halfway proven) This isn't heavy labor. It's not construction, it's not roofing or landscaping etc but... It is a dirty job. It will be no fun. I have no issue scaling up this initial stage on my own, but I believe it will be an easier sell with a team of quality folks who understand this vision. and I believe with three of us we can turn the jobs faster and meet or exceed that top-line revenue goal without much hassle. The $100 / day thing is only temporary. Help me build this, and we'll quickly each be able to take a salary. The start up capital requirements are near zero.
