Clean fill for pool?

I want to fill in the in-ground pool that came with my house. Is clean fill something people commonly are looking to get rid of? Do you have any that you want to throw in my ex-pool? I don’t want to buy “new” dirt if I can make use of fill that is made up of mixed components which would otherwise be useless. I’m in New Bedford and the pool is easily accessible.
