Is there a doctor that can help me? I am seeking a legitimate doctors note for a first, floor apartment. I have been on the third floor for almost 3 years, climb in four, flights of stairs. I have high blood pressure, shortness of breath from constantly climbing up and down stairs and some dizziness. Thank you.
