WestRock Forklift Operator FULL-TIME $15/hr 200 Industrial Blvd., Louisville, KY 40219 The forklift Operator is responsible for operating and managing industrial trucks to load and unload materials and deliveries and move them to and from storage areas, machines and loading docks, into railroad cars or trucks or storage areas. Duties include: • Loading/unloading trailers in a safe manner • Material grading • Placing processed material into inventory storage • Monitoring bale weights • Completing all appropriate paperwork • Performing pre-shift forklift inspection • Performing routine preventive maintenance • Maintaining a basic knowledge of operations and procedures in all production departments. • Maintaining safe and clean work environment • Completing all assigned trainings. • Active participant in the Health and Safety programs of WestRock Schedule - Shift start: 6:00AM or 2:30PM - Shift length: 8.5 hours - Days: Monday - Friday, some Saturdays Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance available after 1 days - Paid time off - 401k Requirements - Must be at least 18+ years old - Must pass drug screen - Must pass background check - Can lift 55 lbs About WestRock WestRock Company manufactures and sells paper and packaging solutions for the consumer and corrugated markets in North America, South America, Europe, Australia, and Asia.
