Assistant Technician (Part Time leading to Full Time Position) Looking for a person to get in on the ground floor of a new company called All Dry involved in Home & Commercial Water and Mold remediation services. The right person has the opportunity to be promoted from a part time position to full time. As an Assistant Technician for All Dry your job will be to provide vital services to Homeowners and Commercial businesses who have suffered water or mold damages to their dwellings. As a representative of All Dry you will be provided a uniform, iPad, and Mobile phone plus on the job training. As a conscientious licensed driver, you will operate a new cargo van that is fully stocked with state-of-the-art equipment to do your work quickly and safely. You will cover a wide area around the Bucks and Montgomery County regions of Southeastern PA. You will be a first responder to the customer site with your knowledge, vital skill set, customer-first attitude. You will manage all assigned jobs from start to completion interfacing with the public daily. This position needs to be able to provide a high level of All Dry customer service including but not limited to: going over the job scope with the home owner at their home, logging progress in a software & explaining the reasons why we are doing what we are doing, taking before and after photos of the project, going over time tables with customers and setting reasonable expectations, etc. In addition to doing manual work on site you will be asked to perform all tasks required to estimate costs, monitor progress, and complete all jobs within the All Dry estimating software application on an iPad. Common math skills will be taught in training such as square foot calculations, dehumidifier and air mover calculations, etc. you will be asked to perform the following tasks below on a daily or weekly basis: • Clock in / Clock out • Pre-Job van prep • Assist on water or mold remediation based on assigned job • Low level Carpentry skills a plus (cutting measuring etc.) • Clean equipment • Keep the van clean on a daily basis • Any other tasks assigned by the Owner/Manager • Dress appropriately • Ensure all job paperwork is completed daily & on time • Any other tasks assigned by the Owner/Manager Pay type: Hourly rate: $18.00 per hour plus time & half for overtime beyond a 40 hour week if needed. The position has the possibility to lead to a full-time technician as the business and demand for All Dry services continue to grow.
