Position Summary The Branch Manager establishes excellent relationships with customers, assists new customers in learning about ARS, and generates sales/margin growth by maintaining top-notch customer service, and operational excellence and ensuring all staff is aligned with branch expectations.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesManage, motivate, and mentor branch employees which may include: Office Staff, Technicians, and Warehouse/Delivery.  Ability to “wear many hats” is required. The Branch Manager will need the ability to actively support the following: performing site evaluations, assisting in project scheduling, sales/quotes, performing warehousing functionsManaging the performance of direct reports, including work allocation, performance management, training, coaching, succession planning, career development, and compensation;Foster a culture of clear, direct communication within the branchMonitor Branch Sales and find innovative ways to increase sales productivity.Oversee and maintain customer service levels, including customer inquiries and resolution of customer issues.
