14"X15" shared practice space available. $25/hr. with your own gear. $30/hr if you need to use my drumkit, guitar amp, bass amp, and/or pa and mics. if you want to use all of the above, INCLUDING the mini-fridge, $50/hr. haha, psych, mini-fridge is included regardless. about half the room has no equipment, and the pics here show the parts of the room that do. these were taken around when i first moved my things in. it is more tidy and organized now. i wish you the best of luck in all your endeavors, unless they are nefarious. haha, psych, best of luck in your nefarious endeavors as well (unless, of course, aimed toward me). sincerely, jason
