Seeking ceramic artists to share studio

I'm looking for two additional ceramic artists to share an 800-square-foot studio in the Pepperell Mill Campus in downtown Biddeford. The space is next door to a loading dock and entrance for easy in-out and in a lively downtown area. Rent would be $200 each/month. There is a commercial sink and five large windows for southern light. I may also be buying a kiln and we could share the costs of firing. The first two months of the lease are free.
